Citrus White Rum Slushy

Refreshing and super cool! Slush which gets you high in a scorching summer day and jolts up the mind with tangy citric flavor is the blend of the shot of a white rum with the splash of an old fashion lemonade!

Summertime isn’t easy! But nothing like a slow summer afternoon by the poolside and the cold beverage in your hand!

The ingredients and recipe are as follows


  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 cups rum
  • 2 cans of frozen lemonade
  • Cups of water


A very simple method indeed! Take a glass of old fashion lemonade adding it to a half-filled bottle and freeze it! Shake or squeeze it until in a slushy form and put it in a glass. Pour over a shot of white rum and serve!

Raspberry Caipirinha

Like every distilled spirit has their distinct cocktail, the Brazilian spirit Cachaca also has the Caipirinha. The Raspberry Caipirinha is a more tasty take on the traditional Caipirinha! This mix replaces the citric lime with the raspberries. The fantastic flavor of the national drink of Brazil becomes more exquisitely fresh and sweet with the addition of the raspberries. A rosy floral hymn is added to the mix due to the raspberries!

  • 1tsp Superfine sugar
  • 6 Raspberries
  • 1⁄4 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 oz Leblon Cachaça
  • A measure of white rum
  • 1tsp Superfine sugar syrup


Put some fresh raspberries in a glass and add one teaspoon of lime juice with one teaspoon of sugar. Jumble them and add a tablespoon of the sugar syrup. Now fill a glass with crushed ice and pour the measure of white rum over the top!

Coconut Breeze

The coconut breeze is the tasty tropical sensational combination of the Coconut flavor, and the white rum is a favorite amongst the vacationers and the regular beachgoers.   • 2tsp blueberries
  • A splash of coconut water
  • Agave syrup
  • A part of the white rum


Crush the 2tsp of blueberries at the bottom of a glass and then add the part of the white rum with the coconut water topping it. If you want to make it extra sweeter, then add the agave syrup.

White Cuba Libre

This cocktail is a mix of coke and the white rum. It tastes sharper and harder and misses the caramel touch of the rum. The translated meaning of Cuba libre means to free Cuba and it got popularized during the Spanish-American war. This drink celebrates the spirit of the liberation of Cuba from the Spanish rule.

A very simple drink that is similar to the evergreen rum and cola with the addition of fresh lime juice brightens the drink and controls the fizzy sweetness of cola!


  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 4 ounces Coca-Cola


Squeeze the lime juice in a high glass and add ice cubes in it. Pour the white rum into that glass and add the cola over it. Now stir well and enjoy!

Apple Mojito

  • 9 Mint leaves
  • Crushed Ice
  • A part of the white rum
  • A splash of lime juice
  • Apple juice/apple rum


Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass and press hard to juice them out properly. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add a shot of white rum. Now add 3tsp of apple juice and 1tsp of lime juice and serve!

Strawberry Mojito

The majestically fruity, sweet and fragrant cocktail is best devoured in summers and a long working day is concluded well with the Strawberry Mojito. The depth of the strawberry makes the drink look fascinating and unique with the grape juice giving it a blend of sweet and sour. So when the day is scorching outside,  grab a  Strawberry Mojito!

  • 1-ounce simple syrup, or to taste
  • 2-3 fresh spearmint sprigs or strawberry slices for garnishing
  • 3fresh strawberries
  • 1-ounce fresh lime juice
  • 2parts of  light white rum
  • 3-4 ounces soda water


Put the syrup along with the mint leaves and the berries and crush them with the back of the spoon. Stir the extract in the lime juice and the white rum. Top off the glass with soda water and stir it gently. Use the sprigs or the slices to garnish appropriately.

  • 3 ounces cranberry juice
  • Orange juice
  • slice of lime, for garnishing


Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and 1.5 shots of the white rum. Add the orange juice then shake it properly and strain it in a serving glass!
